Pingum started in 2018 after we saw a gap for teams an organizations who needed a simple and customizable workflow engine where they had no digital tools already. Many organizations lack the resources to purchase targeted enterprise systems that are geared and built for their organization. They often find these tools are expensive and over complicated. We have talked with business owners in property management needing a solution to manage their tenant work orders, small businesses who want to track their customer orders, and IoT businesses who need a solution to monitor and track their outages. These are just a few examples of businesses who managed their workflows manually through emails and spreadsheets and found a simple digital will improve their productivity.
After recognizing this value of a simple digital workflow tool, we decided to build something that anyone could use and customize for their unique situation. Pingum is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that enables you to gain visibility into what is going on in your business and have confidence the right people are notified. We are passionate about providing a great user experience and simple product so you do not have to worry about the tool, but instead can focus on your business and customers.
Why We Started
Employees shouldn't have to struggle to tell everyone on their team about critical issues. Employers shouldn't have to worry that their operations are up. This is why we built Pingum - a simple way for you to keep track of the important aspects of business operations.
We built Pingum because we saw a need that was not being met. Too many companies are manually tracking their own tasks, incidents, and alerts. We knew there was a better way.
